A Whimsical Wedding

This time three years ago we had a wedding at the farm in beautiful tipis.

We really wanted to create a unique and personal wedding. We had so many ideas and tried to make them all happen.

We were so lucky we were able to use so many things that are available to us on the farm, we picked the Elderflower to make cordial, we picked the fruit to make jam for our afternoon tea and cakes, we grew dried flowers and used them in arrangements on the tables with corn and pheasant feathers, we used succulents growing in the garden in tea cups for decorations and the old vintage milk churns and watering cans made rustic flower arrangement features, even some of the animals made an apparence!

I love all things vintage and rustic and having the reception at the farm meant we were really able to achieve the country wedding theme.

The main aim was for everyone just to have a great time with us. We thought it will be the biggest party we will ever throw for all our friends and family and were so glad we were able to achieve such an amazing and memorable day for everyone.
